When you contact FIXLGS, information such as your name, email address, inquiry type, and message may be collected only to the extent that you submit it.
FIXLGS에 문의할 때 이름, 이메일 주소, 문의 유형, 문의 내용 등 이용자가 직접 입력한 정보가 해당 문의를 처리하기 위해 수집될 수 있습니다.

Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive or confidential information in an inquiry.
문의 내용에는 처리에 필요하지 않은 민감정보나 기밀정보를 입력하지 않는 것을 권장합니다.

2. Browser-Local Processing · 브라우저 로컬 처리

Many FIXLGS TOOLBOX features are designed to process images, documents, text, calculation inputs, and other data locally in the user's browser. For tools that state they are local, the selected file or entered content is processed on the device without a normal external file-upload workflow.
FIXLGS TOOLBOX의 여러 기능은 이미지, 문서, 텍스트, 계산 입력값 등을 이용자의 브라우저 안에서 처리하도록 설계되어 있습니다. 각 도구에서 로컬 처리라고 안내하는 경우 선택한 파일이나 입력 내용은 일반적인 외부 서버 업로드 절차 없이 이용자 기기에서 처리됩니다.

Processing methods can differ by tool and may change when a feature is added or technically revised. The notice displayed on the individual tool page takes priority for that tool.

For example, the current PDF password and metadata tool is implemented so that PDF files and passwords stay in browser processing, and passwords are not stored in the URL, localStorage, sessionStorage, or analytics payload.

FIXLGS services may use cookies or browser storage to remember settings and provide basic site functions. The current TOOLBOX uses a language preference cookie and localStorage for theme preference.

You can delete or block cookies and stored site data through your browser settings. Some preferences or functions may be reset or limited after doing so.

FIXLGS may use Google Analytics or similar analytics services to understand visits, page usage, device or browser characteristics, and service performance. The production version of FIXLGS TOOLBOX currently loads Google Analytics.
FIXLGS는 방문 현황, 페이지 이용, 기기·브라우저 특성 및 서비스 성능을 파악하기 위해 Google Analytics와 같은 분석 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 현재 FIXLGS TOOLBOX의 운영 환경에서는 Google Analytics가 사용됩니다.

Files, document contents, passwords, or other tool inputs should not be intentionally included in analytics data unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise.
특정 기능에서 별도로 명확하게 고지하지 않는 한 파일 자체, 문서 내용, 비밀번호 또는 도구에 입력한 내용을 분석 데이터에 의도적으로 포함하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services · 광고 및 제3자 서비스

FIXLGS may use advertising services such as Google AdSense to support free services. Google and other advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own policies to deliver, measure, or personalize ads where legally permitted.

Information voluntarily submitted through an inquiry is used to review and respond to the inquiry, prevent abuse, and maintain the service when necessary. It is retained only for the period reasonably required for those purposes or for a period required by applicable law, and is then deleted or safely disposed of.
